Welcome to the website and programs of BAYSHORE BALLERZ INC. By accessing our website, registering an athlete, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

BAYSHORE BALLERZ INC. programs are open to eligible youth athletes as determined by age, grade, and program requirements. All registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Participation is subject to acceptance and compliance with team rules, policies, and codes of conduct.

• Registration, tryout, and participation fees must be paid in full by posted deadlines unless otherwise stated.
   
• Fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases approved by BAYSHORE BALLERZ INC. at its discretion.
   
• Failure to submit payment may result in loss of roster spot or participation eligibility.
   

All athletes, parents/guardians, coaches, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in a manner that supports a positive youth sports environment. BAYSHORE BALLERZ INC. reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant or family member for behavior deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.

By registering, parents or guardians confirm that the athlete is physically able to participate in basketball activities. In the event of injury or medical emergency, BAYSHORE BALLERZ INC. is authorized to seek emergency medical treatment if a parent or guardian cannot be reached. Participants assume all risks associated with athletic participation.

Participation in basketball involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless BAYSHORE BALLERZ INC., its directors, officers, coaches, volunteers, and affiliates from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

BAYSHORE BALLERZ INC. may capture photos or videos during practices, games, and events for promotional and informational purposes. By participating, you grant permission for such use unless you submit a written opt-out request.

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activity that disrupts site functionality.

BAYSHORE BALLERZ INC. may suspend or terminate participation for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, team policies, or codes of conduct. No refunds are guaranteed upon termination.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which BAYSHORE BALLERZ INC. operates.

BAYSHORE BALLERZ INC. may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
